Running is a very natural thing to do but many people run with inefficient and potentially dangerous technique. For example the feet hit the floor thousands of times but if they do not land pointing forwards and instead point in or out that will cause a chain reaction through the body and potential injuries. There is also a waste in energy and stride.
I can watch you run and film you. I will analyse your running from head to toe. We can then discuss the areas you do well and discuss any shortfalls or incorrect technique and take appropriate action.
